Hospitality Associate Chicago, Illinois, United States On-site Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM This Hospitality Associate position is directly responsible for the presentation, ordering, stocking of food and beverages onsite for all client gatherings, including meetings, events, interviews, seminars, and conferences. This position directly supports the onsite needs associated with onsite setup and tidiness of professional workspaces. Overall, this position continuously offers the highest level of service to all client and SPS employees while maintaining a professional image of the company by providing prompt, courteous and efficient service. Reports To: The Hospitality Associate will report to the Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides 5-star customer service to all employees (in all forms of communication). Orders, stocks and inventories, maintenance, preparations, and presentations of products. Sets up meeting spaces for onsite needs such as meetings, conferences, or meals. Submit work orders for certain requests. Service and replenish the barista, pantry, conference, kitchen, or meeting areas
