This leadership role is ideal for a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, and data engineering who can drive BI initiatives, lead high-performing technical teams, and partner with Finance, HR, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights.\nThe successful candidate will define and execute the organization's BI roadmap while overseeing the development of scalable analytics solutions using Microsoft Power BI, Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and modern data platforms.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the strategy, planning, and execution of enterprise Business Intelligence initiatives.\nPartner with Finance, HR, and business stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.\nDefine and manage the Business Intelligence roadmap aligned with organizational goals.\nLead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Intelligence professionals, data engineers, and analysts.\nDesign and deliver end-to-end analytics solutions utilizing Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Data Lakes, Data Warehousing, and Data Pipelines.\nEnsure successful project delivery through proper prioritization, estimation, planning, execution, and stakeholder communication.\nBuild executive dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions that enable data-driven business decisions.\nCollaborate with global cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.\nEnsure compliance with IT governance, security, architecture, and development standards.\nEvaluate emerging BI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business value.\nPresent project status, risks, and strategic updates to executive leadership and key business stakeholders.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.\n15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or related disciplines.\n5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise BI projects.\nExpert knowledge of:Microsoft Power BI\nMicrosoft Fabric\nAzure Data Platform\nAzure Data Lake\nAzure Blob Storage\nData Warehousing\nData Lakes\nData Engineering\nData Pipelines\n\nMinimum 5 years of experience delivering BI solutions supporting Finance and Human Resources functions.\nStrong experience designing enterprise reporting platforms and analytics solutions.\nExceptional stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting SAP ERP environments, including SAP S/4HANA.\nFunctional knowledge of SAP FICO, SD, MM, and PS modules.\nExperience within Professional Services, Media, Creative, or Production industries.\nExperience implementing enterprise-scale analytics platforms and cloud-based reporting solutions.\nKnowledge of structured and semi-structured data formats, including JSON and Parquet.\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrategic thinker with strong business acumen.\nProven leader who develops and mentors high-performing teams.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.\nStrong communicator capable of influencing executive stakeholders.\nCollaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional and multicultural environments.\nPassion for leveraging data to drive innovation and business performance.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to lead enterprise-wide Business Intelligence initiatives that directly influence strategic decision-making across the organization.
