Working with Retail (iStudio and U-Store)

  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate store look & feel, staff capability, sales performance, and customer experience
  • Act as HQ’s 'eyes and ears' to validate real execution vs reported performance
  • Assess competitor landscape including promotions, store experience, and market trends
  • Support store improvement plans and new store readiness
  • Drive regional commercial performance and consistency across stores Working with Marketing
  • Ensure proper execution of marketing campaigns in stores
  • Identify local opportunities such as events, partnerships, and demand trends Working with SPVi Academy (Trainers)
  • Work with HQ trainers to follow up on underperforming staff and validate training effectiveness on-site Working with Commercial Team
  • Participate in weekly HQ commercial meetings and provide field feedback
  • Provide insightful local opportunities and market competition landscape
