TOR Review & Price Validation\n- วิเคราะห์และทำความเข้าใจ TOR ระดับเบื้องต้น-กลาง เพื่อระบุ Requirement ได้ถูกต้อง\n- ตรวจสอบราคาตลาด เปรียบเทียบสเปก และประเมินความเหมาะสมด้านราคา-คุณภาพ\n- รวบรวมใบเสนอราคาจากหลายผู้ขาย พร้อมสรุปจัดทำ Comparison Sheet เสนอผู้เกี่ยวข้อง\n2. Product Specialization (Software & License)\n- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจสินค้า License เฉพาะทาง เช่น - Adobe (Software License, Subscription Policy, Renewal Flow) - Jam/Jamf หรือโซลูชันเฉพาะกลุ่มอื่น\n- ติดตามโปรโมชัน โครงสร้างราคา และสถานะ Authorized Partner เพื่อใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจจัดซื้ออย่างแม่นยำ\n3. Purchasing Operations (End-to-End)\n- ดูแลกระบวนการจัดซื้อครบวงจร ตั้งแต่รับ Requirement → ขอราคา → ออก PR/PO → ติดตามเอกสาร → ตรวจรับสินค้า\n- เจรจาเงื่อนไขด้านราคา ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง และเครดิตเทอม\n- ประสานงานผู้ขายและทีมภายใน พร้อมติดตามสถานะสินค้า เอกสาร และความถูกต้องครบถ้วน\n- ดูแลเคส Claim / Warranty / Return จนกระบวนการเสร็จสมบูรณ์\n4.
