Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Operations & Channel Support Support all SPVi retail formats (iStudio, U-Store, AIS, Mobi) to ensure consistent execution standards Act as a central coordination point between HQ and stores for retail support matters Ensure smooth day-to-day retail support operations across all locations
2. Merchandising & Store Experience Excellence Own and manage all store merchandising standards across channels Ensure correct display, planogram, and visual merchandising alignment with brand guidelines (Apple + partner requirements) Oversee demo products and display units to ensure readiness, cleanliness, and functionality Conduct regular store audits and follow up on action plans Responsible for new updates and requirements for store merchadising
3. Product Launch & Retail Readiness Lead retail setup for new product launches (NPI) across all stores Ensure all demo units, fixtures, and communication materials are correctly installed and on time Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
4. Retail Data & Reporting Support Support Head of Retail Channels with store data, insights, and ad-hoc analysis Consolidate and organize retail-related data into structured systems/folders Maintain accurate and up-to-date data repositories for future reference and decision-making
5. Retail Systems & Device Monitoring Monitor and ensure all retail devices (traffic counters, demo units, display systems) are functioning properly Troubleshoot and coordinate with IT or vendors when issues arise Maintain uptime and reliability of in-store technology infrastructure
6. Digital Content & Store Communication Manage digital easels and in-store digital content remotely via system Ensure content is up-to-date, aligned with campaigns, and correctly displayed across stores Coordinate content updates during campaigns and product launches
7. Team Leadership & Development Supervise and coach 2 Retail Support team members Assign tasks, monitor performance, and ensure smooth team operations Develop team capabilities in merchandising, system management, and retail operations Foster a proactive, ownership-driven team culture
