Weil-McLain is a leading North American brand of hydronic comfort heating systems for residential, commercial, and institutional buildings since 1881.\nPosition Responsibilities:\nAssembles cast iron section to relatively large or heavy subassemblies and complete units.\nTests and calibrates parts and mechanisms to meet tolerances and product specifications.\nStop the line due to Safety or Quality.\nRelies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.\nMaintain area cleanliness in accordance with 5S principles.\nUses hand tools and power tools to assemble block units according to product specifications.\nThe most qualified candidates will demonstrate the following:\nMay require a High School Diploma or GED\nMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently\nMay require 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.\nMust qualify on at least one task and the upstream and downstream tasks.\nMust be able to use air/battery-operated tools, lifting devices, and calibrated tools.\nFollows standard operating procedures and work instructions. \nMust have an excellent attendance record.\nHow we live our culture\nOur culture is at the center of what we do, and more importantly, who we are.
