Join our Human Resources team as a 2027 summer intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting core HR functions while contributing to employee engagement initiatives and daily operations. This internship is ideal for students pursuing degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields who want exposure to how HR supports a global manufacturing organization.\nSupport day-to-day HR operations including maintaining employee records, updating HR systems, and preparing documentation.\nAssist with recruitment activities such as posting job descriptions, reviewing resumes, and participating in onboarding.\nContribute to employee engagement and development initiatives, including organizing events, supporting training programs, and gathering feedback.\nPartner with HR team members to ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and confidentiality standards.\nGain exposure to HR systems (HRIS/payroll), talent development programs, and organizational processes that support business strategy.\nThis internship provides the opportunity to build foundational knowledge in HR operations, strengthen organizational and communication skills, and gain valuable experience working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
