Serving the telecommunications, broadcast, wind energy, airport, and utilities markets, we help monitor critical infrastructure and help people traverse the world safely by air.\nResponsibilities: As a Production Planning Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials within the production process. Your primary focus will be on production planning, ensuring that materials are available to meet production schedules and customer delivery dates.\nDuties:\nFollow safe work practices and procedures and ensure a “safety first” culture in every task undertaken.\nTimely delivery of production paperwork to the production floor.\nDaily maintenance of production paperwork.\nCoordinate with production and material teams to identify material needs and ensure timely delivery of materials.\nMonitor actual production and the schedule closely, identifying potential issues, errors and areas of improvement.\nLiaise closely with purchasing, customer service and operational teams ensuring customer delivery dates are achieved and up to date information is provided.\nReview and correct and COGI errors daily.\nUpdate internal sales notes with information regarding delays or lead times of open orders.\nAnswer general inquiries.\nPerform any other duties as reasonably directed.\nMinimum Position Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nA highly developed analytical and organisational ability.\nHands-on approach to monitoring progress and make sure plans are adhered to.\nExcellent communications skills.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize effectively.\nBasic Microsoft Office skills.\nCustomer focused with a positive can-do attitude.\nHow we live our culture\nOur culture is at the center of what we do and, more importantly, who we are.
