where AI agents can replace repetitive workflows and enhance customer experiences.\nBuild AI-Native Experiences\nDesign conversational experiences using LLMs, multimodal AI, and autonomous AI identify opportunities to integrate them into Spyne's product ecosystem.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-6 years of Product Management experience building SaaS, AI, or data-driven products.\nStrong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation frameworks.\nExperience building products using APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source LLMs.\nAbility to work closely with AI/ML engineers and understand concepts such as embeddings, vector databases, context windows, model evaluation, and agent orchestration.\nStrong analytical skills with experience defining product metrics and running experiments.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts.\nComfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments with high ownership and ambiguity.\nNice to Have\nExperience building voice AI, conversational AI, copilots, or workflow automation products.\nFamiliarity with tools like LangGraph, LangChain, MCP, CrewAI, AutoGen, LlamaIndex, or similar agent frameworks.\nExposure to Figma, Jira, SQL, analytics platforms, and AI
