This is a hands-on role for someone early in their PM career who wants to learn fast, own problems end-to-end, and build real product instincts inside a high-growth, AI-native company. You'll work closely with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams, supporting the delivery of features that power Spyne's growth journey from $5M to $20M+ ARR.\nWhat will you do?\n Product Execution - Break down the product roadmap into clear, well-scoped requirements (PRDs, user stories) that engineering and design can act on.\nFeature Ownership - Own specific features or modules end-to-end-from requirement gathering to launch and post-launch tracking.\nUser Research - Talk to dealers, sales, and support teams to understand pain points and translate them into actionable product insights.\nCross-Functional Coordination - Work daily with Engineering, Design, and QA to keep sprints moving and unblock delivery.\n Data & Metrics - Track feature performance and usage metrics (adoption, engagement, drop-offs) and turn data into clear recommendations.\nQA & Release Support - Test features before release, catch edge cases, and ensure quality bars are met.\nGTM Support - Assist in beta rollouts, collect user feedback, and coordinate with Sales/CS on early adoption.\nDocumentation - Maintain clean product documentation, changelogs, and process artifacts on tools like Jira and Confluence.\nWhat you must have?\n1.5-3 years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, AI/ML-driven, or B2B products.\nStrong analytical skills-comfortable working with data to inform decisions.\nBasic understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, or Computer Vision concepts (prior hands-on exposure is a plus, not mandatory).\nWorking knowledge of tools like Jira, Figma, and basic SQL/analytics tools.\nExcellent written and verbal communication-able to write clear PRDs and explain product decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.\nMust be available to join immediately.\nMust be based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR.\nYou'll thrive here if
