Depending on your experience level (Regular, Senior or Lead), you will contribute to solution delivery, technical leadership and customer engagement while helping organizations automate business processes using AI.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, build and maintain AI-powered copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio\n\nDevelop intelligent automation solutions that streamline business processes\n\nConfigure conversational AI experiences and generative AI capabilities\n\nDesign and implement automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate or other automation platforms\n\nIntegrate Copilot Studio with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Power Platform and enterprise applications\n\nDevelop API integrations and custom connectors\n\nGather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions\n\nTroubleshoot, optimize and continuously improve AI automation solutions\n\nCollaborate with Solution Architects, Developers and business stakeholders\n\nFollow engineering best practices and contribute to technical improvements\n\nFor Lead-level candidates: provide technical guidance, support solution design and mentor other engineers\n\nRequirements\nCommercial hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio\n\nPrevious experience delivering automation solutions using platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Platform, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism or similar\n\nExperience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs\n\nUnderstanding of conversational AI and Generative AI concepts\n\nExperience working with Microsoft 365 and/or Dynamics 365 ecosystems\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience working in Agile environments\n\nGood communication and stakeholder collaboration skills\n\nFluent English -
