You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimising data analytics and Business Intelligence solutions across the full data lifecycle. develop, and optimise BI and data analytics solutions\n\nParticipate in the full data lifecycle: ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualisation\n\nBuild and maintain ETL / ELT data pipelines\n\nDevelop and optimise data models (e.g. Analysis Services, LookML, or similar)\n\nWork with large datasets, ensuring data quality, consistency, and availability\n\nAutomate data workflows using SQL, Python, or Scala\n\nMonitor data quality and KPI metrics\n\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements\n\nDeliver data-driven insights supporting decision-making (For Data Engineers)\n\nSupport development of data infrastructure and processing environments (including on-premise systems)\n\nRequirements:\nStrong experience with SQL or similar query languages\n\nHands-on experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, Looker, Tableau)\n\nExperience with ETL / ELT processes\n\nSolid knowledge of data modeling and optimisation techniques\n\nUnderstanding of data quality management and KPI monitoring Experience in scripting for automation (SQL, Python, or Scala)\n\nExperience working across the full data analytics lifecycle\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders\n\nFluent Polish (C2/native) and English (B2/C1)\n\nAdditional Requirements (Defence Projects):\nExperience working with on-premise environments\n\nWillingness to undergo security clearance procedures (up to NATO Secret / Tajne)\n\nWillingness to complete required checks for working with defence-related technologies\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with cloud-based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)\n\nKnowledge of data warehouse / data lake architectures\n\nExperience in public sector, defence, or
