experience in Data Engineering\n\n3+ years of hands-on experience with Databricks\n\nStrong expertise in Apache Spark (PySpark and/or Spark SQL)\n\nExcellent knowledge of Delta Lake and Lakehouse Architecture\n\nExperience designing enterprise-scale data platforms\n\nStrong understanding of Medallion Architecture\n\nExperience with Unity Catalog and data governance\n\nExperience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP)\n\nKnowledge of orchestration tools (Azure Data Factory, Airflow, Databricks Workflows or similar)\n\nExperience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based development\n\nStrong SQL and Python skills\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\n\nFluent English\n\nNice to have\nDatabricks certifications\n\nExperience with dbt\n\nExperience with Kafka or other streaming technologies\n\nTerraform or other IaC tools\n\nExperience designing AI/ML-ready data platforms\n\nGerman language level C1/C2 or
