The position is focused on technical architecture and solution design rather than business analysis or requirements prioritization.\nRequired Qualifications:\n10+ years of professional experience in IAM, IGA, cybersecurity architecture, or related security domains.\n\nProven experience designing end-to-end IAM/IGA architectures in enterprise environments.\n\nExperience delivering and designing at least five IAM/IGA architecture implementations.\n\nStrong understanding of IAM/IGA integration concepts, interface architecture, and system interoperability.\n\nExperience working within highly regulated industries and compliance-driven environments.\n\nStrong knowledge of: ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2, KRITIS.\n\nExperience identifying and managing technical risks, dependencies, and architectural challenges.\n\nStrong analytical, architectural, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience collaborating with multiple technical stakeholder groups and large-scale enterprise environments.\n\nFluent German (C1/C2 level) required for project delivery and client communication.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience in the energy, utilities, or critical infrastructure sectors.\n\nPrevious involvement in KRITIS-regulated environments.\n\nConsulting background within complex IAM/IGA transformation or implementation programs.\n\nExperience with large-scale identity modernization initiatives.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud-based IAM ecosystems and hybrid identity architectures.\n\nScope of Services:\nDesign, develop, and continuously improve the overall IAM/IGA architecture.\n\nCreate technical solution concepts and define integration strategies for IAM/IGA ecosystems.\n\nEnsure a coherent and scalable end-to-end architecture across all identity-related services and platforms.\n\nDesign interfaces and integration mechanisms between IAM/IGA solutions and connected enterprise applications.\n\nIdentify architectural risks, dependencies, technical constraints, and mitigation strategies.\n\nEnsure architectural compliance with security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards, including: ISO 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIS2,
