The specific project will be communicated after the technical verification stage.\nThe role focuses on connecting E-commerce business needs with development teams. The System Analyst will be responsible for understanding business problems, proposing solutions, refining them with the team, and preparing specifications that can be implemented and tested across web and mobile platforms.\nThe specialist is expected to independently analyse medium-complexity functionalities and collaborate with architects on larger initiatives.\nRequirements:\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business/System Analyst in IT projects.\n\nExperience with cross-platform projects covering web and mobile applications.\n\nPractical knowledge of BPMN.\n\nAbility to prepare user stories and acceptance criteria.\n\nPractical knowledge of UML, especially sequence, activity, component, and use case diagrams.\n\nUnderstanding of REST APIs and JSON.\n\nAbility to read and describe API contracts using Swagger/OpenAPI.\n\nGood knowledge of Jira and Confluence.\n\nKnowledge of Figma, including the ability to read and comment on designs and connect them with requirements.\n\nKnowledge of AI tools and ability to use them effectively and safely in analytical work, including document and code analysis, user story preparation, diagram preparation, AI assistants, and MCP.\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders.\n\nExperience working in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban).\n\nEnglish proficiency at minimum B2 level, including documentation and communication with vendors.\n\nPolish proficiency at minimum C1 level.\n\nNice-to-have:\nExperience in E-commerce or retail, particularly checkout, payments, orders, delivery, or marketplace.\n\nAnalytical certifications such as IREB CPRE or IIBA ECBA/CCBA.\n\nExperience with Enterprise Architect, draw.io, or PlantUML.\n\nUnderstanding of asynchronous integrations, including queues, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.\n\nUnderstanding of microservice architecture.\n\nExperience describing non-functional requirements, including performance, availability, and security.\n\nKnowledge of the C4 model for architecture documentation.\n\nBasic SQL skills for simple queries and data verification.\n\nMain responsibilities:\nGather and analyse business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and E-commerce stakeholders.\n\nTranslate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements.\n\nCreate epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.\n\nModel business processes using BPMN.\n\nSupport splitting project scope into deliverable increments.\n\nModel solutions using UML, including sequence, activity, component, and use case diagrams.\n\nDescribe integrations, including REST APIs, data flows between microservices, and external systems.\n\nWork with API contracts using JSON and Swagger/OpenAPI.\n\nEnsure consistency of solutions across web, iOS, and Android platforms.\n\nCoordinate analysis when changes affect multiple teams or E-commerce areas.\n\nConduct workshops and refinement sessions with Development, QA, and UX teams.\n\nSupport development teams and answer analytical questions during implementation.\n\nMaintain clear and up-to-date analytical documentation.\n\nCollaborate with Product Owners, development teams, QA, UX, and
