relationships.\nRequirements:\nAt least 10 years of experience in IT, including 4 years managing programs or large client accounts in software services\n\nA practical engineering background in software development or systems design, with the ability to assess technical proposals and constructively challenge assumptions and estimates\n\nExperience leading embedded or cloud software programs\n\nExperience owning program or account P&L, including revenue, costs, margins and financial forecasts\n\nA proven track record of leading successful proposals and converting client needs into new projects or expanded engagements\n\nA solid understanding of Time & Material, Fixed Price, capacity-based and Build-Operate-Transfer commercial models\n\nExperience building relationships with senior client stakeholders and contributing to account growth\n\nConfidence in presenting technical and commercial proposals to senior management and leading discussions about delivery, value and investment\n\nEnglish skills at C1 level or higher\n\nNice to have:\nExperience with embedded or HMI projects for consumer devices, automotive, industrial or medical applications\n\nFamiliarity with cloud architecture, AWS, Azure, IoT or device-to-cloud connectivity\n\nExperience running a Build-Operate-Transfer program or a dedicated development centre\n\nExperience in presales, solution consulting or new client acquisition\n\nGerman language skills\n\nMain responsibilities:\nLead a program of several projects for key clients, taking responsibility for delivery performance and business outcomes\n\nAlign project priorities, dependencies and resources within a coordinated program plan\n\nOwn program revenue, margin and financial forecasts, working with Project Managers to address delivery and commercial risks\n\nRun steering committees and quarterly business reviews, presenting progress, financial performance and opportunities for further cooperation\n\nBuild relationships with client engineering managers, directors and senior decision-makers, understanding their product roadmaps and business priorities\n\nTurn client needs into opportunities for new projects, additional services and broader cooperation across teams or business units\n\nCo-own account development plans with the Account Manager and Business Unit Director, setting growth priorities and following opportunities through to decisions\n\nContribute to growing the client portfolio by developing new relationships and shaping initial engagements together with the Account Manager and Business Unit Director\n\nLead the proposal process from initial request to client decision, coordinating requirements, the proposal team, estimates, pricing and client presentations\n\nPrepare materials for strategic client meetings and contribute to business unit planning, strategy and budgets\n\nLead and develop Project Managers within the program, establishing consistent standards for proposals, estimation and
