As an architect, you would collaborate with project teams involved in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of NowPlatform.\nYour key responsibilities\nLead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow IRM module, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.\n\nDevelop and maintain the architecture for IRM solutions, integrating with other ServiceNow modules and third-party applications as needed.\n\nOversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to meet specific IRM requirements, including risk assessment, compliance management, and audit management.\n\nCooperate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions meet business needs.\n\nLead a team of developers in the creation of custom applications, workflows, and reports within the ServiceNow platform.\n\nImplement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.\n\nMonitor system performance and usage metrics, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.\n\nProvide training and support to end-users and administrators, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the IRM solutions effectively.\n\nMaintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge transfer and compliance.\n\nStay updated on ServiceNow releases and IRM trends, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation within the platform.\n\nIdentify and mitigate technical risks associated with the implementation and operation of the IRM solutions.\n\nEnsure that all IRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.\n\nSkills and attributes for success\nTo excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization, or maintenance projects.
