you.\nYour responsibilities\nSupport the development and implementation of AI-related initiatives and innovation projects.\n\nResearch emerging AI technologies, tools, and trends, particularly within the Chinese technology ecosystem.\n\nCollaborate directly with the Chief AI & Information Officer on strategic AI projects.\n\nParticipate in technical discussions with Chinese partners, technology providers, and stakeholders.\n\nAssist with evaluating AI solutions, models, frameworks, and development tools.\n\nContribute to software development activities, including coding, testing, and prototyping.\n\nHelp bridge communication and collaboration between European and Chinese teams and partners.\n\nPrepare technical analyses, documentation, presentations, and research materials in both Chinese and English.\n\nSupport international business trips and meetings when required.\n\nRequired qualifications\nMust-have\nNative or native-like level Chinese language skills (C1/C2).\n\nEnglish proficiency at minimum B2 level.\n\nBackground in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (completed or in progress).\n\nStrong interest in Artificial Intelligence and emerging technologies.\n\nPractical experience using AI tools and models.\n\nExperience using AI to support software development, programming, automation, or technical work (commercially, academically, or as a personal project).\n\nValid passport and willingness to travel to China for business trips.\n\nStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to work with confidential information and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).\n\nNice to have\nKnowledge of additional languages, including Polish.\n\nExperience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, or AI-assisted development tools.\n\nExperience with GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar AI tools.\n\nUnderstanding of the Chinese technology market.\n\nPrevious experience
