We deploy experienced quality professionals throughout the United States and in 90+ countries.\nHIRING IMMEDIATELY!\nSQA Services is seeking six Level 2 Quality Inspectors to support manufacturing or assembly/integration operations at an aerospace facility in El Segundo, CA. Inspectors will verify product quality, ensure compliance with engineering drawings and specifications, document nonconformances, and support corrective actions and continuous improvement.\nCandidates from various manufacturing commodities are welcome. The client will provide training and laptops. Candidates must be available to work fully onsite and participate in a client interview as part of the approval process.\nLocation: El Segundo, CA - 100% onsite\nShift: 1st shift\nDuration: 6-month contract\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform independent quality inspections and document results accurately and completely.\n\nMonitor manufacturing, assembly, and test operations to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and procedures.\n\nIdentify, document, and report discrepancies and nonconformances.\n\nInitiate and support corrective actions and root cause investigations with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production teams.\n\nMaintain quality records, material traceability, and product acceptance documentation.\n\nInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, assembly drawings, specifications, and standard operating procedures.\n\nDevelop, implement, and audit inspection plans, acceptance criteria, and in-process work instructions.\n\nSupport quality audits, system reviews, and process improvement initiatives.\n\nWork with cross-functional teams, including Manufacturing Engineering, Materials, Procurement, and Shipping.\n\nUse manufacturing execution and tracking systems such as JIRA, Costpoint, or similar platforms.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or GED.\n\n3+ years of quality inspection experience.\n\n3+ years working with quality assurance specifications and requirements.\n\n3+ years documenting corrective actions and nonconformances.\n\n3+ years interpreting blueprints, specifications, assembly drawings, and standard operating procedures.\n\n1+ year reading and interpreting aerospace engineering drawings.\n\n3+ years using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and dial indicators.\n\nAbility to frequently lift 20 lbs. or more.\n\nAbility to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, CA.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly operations.\n\nExperience with ESD controls, IPC J-STD-001, and IPC-A-610 standards.\n\nFamiliarity with AS9100 or similar quality management systems.\n\nCurrent or previous IPC quality
