If you're looking for a flexible opportunity to apply your expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we encourage you to apply.\nMust have flexibility to work OT and weekends if needed.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnsure products meet quality and specification standards\nVerify safety wire orientation, correct turns, and pigtails as per specifications\nConfirm shipping documentation is legible and accurate (part number, serial number, etc.)\nCheck documentation packages to industry standards and classify defects\nInterpret manufacturing drawings and identifying non-conformances\nPeriodically verify accuracy and ensure productivity to meet production schedules\nMaintain equipment and keep the work area organized\nRequired Qualifications\nKnowledge of cable and harness assembly methods\nFamiliar with IPC-A-620 standards\nMinimum 3 years of experience as a Cable and Harness Inspector/Assembler in electronic manufacturing or related fields\nAbility to read schematics, assembly drawings, and identify wiring components\nProficient in documenting Certificates of Conformance (COC)\nStrong organizational, communication, and software adaptation skills\nProven ability to de-escalate workplace conflicts effectively\n Bilingual English and Spanish must be able to read and write\nMust be able to work in a fast-paced work environment \nPreferred Qualifications\nCertified or previously certified in IPC-A-620 is a plus but not required\nDiploma or GED from an accredited high school or technical school;
