Our associates are expert quality assurance professionals with broad experience and local knowledge who can represent our clients on-demand and on-site faster than our competitors.\nWe are seeking a detail-oriented Electromechanical Inspector with some welding background to ensure the quality, compliance, and integrity of electromechanical components and assemblies. This role is responsible for performing inspections, verifying documentation, and ensuring all materials and workmanship meet applicable standards, drawings, and specifications. This position with be on site 5 days a week, for 4-8 hours a day. This is a 9-12 month contract.\nKey Responsibilities:\nIncoming inspection from external providers of products or services/processing (e.g., nickel plating).\n In-process and final inspection of critical features such as witness inspection.\nCompilation of final inspection sign-off sheet and report packages.\nVerification that inspection equipment used to take measurements is capable of detecting defects.\n Verification that inspection methodology is adequate per drawing intent.\nAudit and validate the execution to the inspection plan.\nProvide weekly reports of manufacturing sites ramp progress, equipment quality performance of the facility, delivery details by Data Center site.\nConduct periodic quality audits of the supplier’s factory, provide reports of results.\nDrive closure of findings identified as non-conformance.\nEnsuring supplier’s quality control system document the findings.\nProvide customer witness for test scripts, including but not limited to Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) for all equipment.
