Are you the future of SQLI?\n This role is suited for an experienced Business Analyst with 5-7 years of experience who wants to deepen their expertise in digital commerce while helping clients turn business needs into effective digital solutions.\nAs our Business Analyst you will be in the lead from a functionale perspective in projects covering e-commerce solution design and delivery across a range of clients and sectors. The discovery and BA methodology you'll be working within is something we're actively building out, with AI-assisted tooling at its core, so there's genuine scope to help shape how it works.\nThe work covers pre-sales, discovery, requirements definition, and delivery support. You'll be on real client briefs where your BA input directly shapes what gets built.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nDrive client discovery and workshops: Lead running discovery sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops. Help gather and document requirements and build toward leading these independently over time.\nDefine and structure scope: Break down briefs into clear deliverables, helping to shape project scope, timelines, and work breakdown structures alongside the architect(s) and project manager.\nTake the functional lead of projects: Produce user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and feature value matrices that both technical and non-technical audiences can work from. Act as a trusted team member, sharing knowledge, supporting more junior colleagues when needed, and contributing to a collaborative way of working.\nSupport pre-sales and estimation: Lead and contribute to RFP responses and statements of work.\nWork within the SQLI discovery framework: Use and contribute to SQLI's evolving discovery methodology, including AI-assisted tooling built to improve the speed and quality of discovery outputs.\nStay current on commerce and technology: Follow developments in eCommerce, personalisation, and AI, and bring that thinking into client conversations and internal practice development.\nConnect teams: Help keep client stakeholders and technical delivery teams on the same page, supporting alignment across commercial, strategic, and delivery goals.\n Core eCommerce experience in at least one platform is essential:\nSAP Commerce / Hybris (particularly valued)\nAdobe Commerce / Magento\nCommerceTools\nEmporix\nShopify\nSalesforce Commerce Cloud\nExperience of other related platforms would also be beneficial; for example:\nAdobe Experience Cloud\nBloomreach, Klaviyo (or similar CXP products)\nFluentCommerce, OneStock (or similar OMS products)\nContentful, Acquia (or similar CMS products)\nAkeneo (or other similar PIM products)\nAlgolia, Athos Commerce/Klevu (or other similar product discovery products)\nLanguage proficiency: Fluency in English is essential, along with full proficiency in either Dutch or French (and preferably both).\n What's in it for you?\nAt SQLI we’re happy to support you in any way we can.
