We do not work with contractors or agencies for this role.\n You own delivery from idea to execution.\nLead projects across strategy, marketing, and design\nBring structure to complex, multi-disciplinary work\nDefine clear scopes, timelines, and priorities\nEnsure teams stay focused on what matters most\nManage stakeholders and keep clients aligned and informed\nIdentify risks early and act on them\nBalance quality, speed, and budget\nSupport teams in making better decisions and trade-offs\nHelp create a way of working that is scalable and sustainable\nYou don’t just track progress you drive it.\n 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital project management, ideally within a fast-paced agency or consultancy environment\nExperience working on digital marketing projects (social media/ influencer marketing/ SEO/ SEA/ GEO/ CRO/ Marketing Automation, etc..)\nStrong skills in planning, prioritization, and stakeholder management\nAbility to manage cross-functional teams\nConfidence to challenge both clients and internal teams\nCalm under pressure; you bring clarity in complexity\nA pragmatic mindset focused on getting things done\nFluent in Dutch/Flemish and English.
