tech teams to ensure consistent marketing and in-app messaging.\nPrepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing KPIs and strategic recommendations.\nWork closely with sales and operations teams to connect marketing impact to business outcomes.\nManage the marketing budget and oversee spending across different channels.\nMaintain brand identity, tone of voice, and visual communication across all platforms.\nLaunch partnership and co-marketing campaigns with key service providers.\n Propose new growth and retention initiatives (Loyalty, Affiliate, Referral Programs).\nExplore new tools, trends, and technologies to strengthen Noorcom’s marketing strategy.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.\n Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing (preferably in marketplaces or app-based services).\nProven experience managing external marketing agencies.\n Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).\nAdvanced analytical skills using GA4, Appsflyer, Firebase, CRM, etc.\nDeep understanding of Saudi digital consumer behavior.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\n Full fluency in Arabic and
