Backed by Haun Ventures, Multicoin Capital, Electric Capital, and Coinbase Ventures.\nThe role\nProduct engineer is the job for people who want the whole arc: the problem, the design, the code, and the thing customers actually touch.\nYou will work directly with founders and designers, take features from a rough idea to shipped, and own them after they ship. There is no layer of project managers translating between you and the product. The distance between \"this should exist\" and \"this is live\" is meant to be short, and you are the person who keeps it short.\nThis is money infrastructure, so the bar is high. The interfaces should feel obvious. The code underneath should be careful. Both matter, and we do not trade one for the other.\nWhat you will do\nBuild customer-facing features across the stack, from the account experience down to the money movement underneath it\n\nWork shoulder to shoulder with design on flows where clarity and trust are the product, not decoration\n\nShip payments, FX, yield, and treasury features on rails that settle 24/7\n\nIntegrate with onchain infrastructure and a wide network of PSPs\n\nOwn performance, correctness, and the edge cases that matter more when real money is moving\n\nHelp shape what gets built, not just how it gets built, and push back when something does not feel right\n\nWhat we look for\nYou have shipped customer-facing products end to end, and you can point to ones you are proud of\n\nStrong fundamentals in TypeScript and React, and comfort working across the full stack\n\nProduct taste: you care about UX, speed, and polish, and you notice when something is off\n\nHigh ownership. You do your best work with autonomy and a clear problem, not a ticket queue\n\nCare for craft that shows up in the details, especially the ones nobody asked about\n\nYou move fast without getting sloppy\n\nBonus, not required\nBackground in fintech, payments, or anything where correctness and money intersect\n\nFamiliarity with Solana, smart accounts, or stablecoins\n\nExperience with the Tanstack ecosystem, or building and maintaining a design system\n\nOur stack\nFrontend: Typescript, SPA, Tanstack (Start, DB, Form), ElectricSQL, Zod, PandaCSS\n\nBackend: Rust, Axum, Temporal, Postgres, Redis\n\nInfra: AWS\n\nYou do not need every item on that list.
