ownership of features from problem discovery through development, release, and production support.\nImprove product usability, performance, reliability, accessibility, and overall UX.\nMake sensible decisions around scope, architecture, and technical trade-offs.\nInstrument and monitor features to understand their behavior in production.\nMaintain high standards of code quality, testing, security, and maintainability.\nUse AI development tools such as Codex, Claude Code, and AI agents as part of your daily engineering workflow.\nContribute to improving internal engineering tools, workflows, and development practices.\nWymagania\nRequirementsStrong Mid/Senior-level experience building and shipping production web applications.\nStrong experience with React and TypeScript or an equivalent modern web stack.\nSolid backend development experience, including designing and implementing APIs, business logic, and data flows.\nExperience with Node.js, Python, or both is a strong advantage.\nStrong product mindset and ability to identify unnecessary complexity and improve user experiences.\nAbility to work independently and make sound decisions when requirements are incomplete or ambiguous.\nExperience taking ownership of features or product areas from concept to production.\nGood understanding of software architecture, testing, performance, and production
