Its diverse client base includes many of the world’s largest and most established companies, providing strategic advisory, data-driven insights, and innovative solutions to complex workforce and business challenges.\n\nRole Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced AI Solutions Engineer / Forward Deployed Engineer to design and build reusable skills and solutions for Claude Code.\nIn this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and domain experts to translate business requirements, reference materials, and operational knowledge into reliable, reusable Claude Code Skills.\nThis is a hands-on engineering role at the intersection of software development, AI/prompt and context engineering, and business process automation. You will help shape AI-powered solutions that address real-world business challenges while ensuring they are robust, scalable, and maintainable.\nZakres obowiązków\nCollaborate directly with business stakeholders and domain experts to understand their objectives, processes, constraints, and expected outcomes.\nAnalyse business requirements, documentation, examples, templates, and other reference materials provided by stakeholders.\nIdentify workflows and use cases that can be implemented or improved through Claude Code Skills.\nDesign, implement, test, and maintain reusable Claude Code Skills.\nCreate clear skill instructions, supporting scripts, reference materials, validation logic, and reusable workflow components.\nTranslate complex or ambiguous business processes into structured, executable instructions for AI agents.\n Evaluate skill behaviour using realistic scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria.\nImprove the reliability, accuracy, usability, and maintainability of developed skills through iterative testing and stakeholder feedback.\nWymagania\nRequired:\nStrong hands-on experience using Claude Code in real software-development or business-workflow scenarios.\nPractical experience creating Claude Code Skills or comparable reusable capabilities for -AI coding agents.\nStrong understanding of modern AI engineering patterns, including agentic workflows, tool use, prompt engineering, context engineering, and structured instruction design.\nProven hands-on software engineering experience and the ability to build, review, test, and maintain production-quality solutions.\nAbility to transform business requirements and domain knowledge into clear technical designs and executable workflows.\nExperience evaluating and improving non-deterministic AI solutions.\n\nNice to have:\nHands-on experience specifically with authoring Claude Code Skills, plugins, or MCP servers.\nEvaluation tooling for LLM systems (promptfoo, LangSmith, custom harnesses).\nConsulting or professional services background.\nDomain exposure to HR technology, compensation & benefits, payroll, or workforce analytics.\nExperience building internal developer tooling or standing up a platform capability.\nPublic artefacts: open-source agent tooling, published skills or plugins, conference talks, technical writing on agentic
