leadership, Azure infrastructure, network administration, security, vendor management and 2nd/3rd line support.\nZakres obowiązków\nLead and coordinate a small team of Infrastructure Engineers, managing priorities, workload and day-to-day activities.\nTake ownership of the organisation's infrastructure environment, ensuring high availability, performance and reliability.\nAdminister and support Microsoft Azure environments across IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services.\nManage Microsoft Entra ID and on-premises Active Directory environments.\nAct as a senior technical escalation point for complex Azure and infrastructure-related incidents.\nMonitor and troubleshoot server, network and infrastructure performance issues.\nManage and maintain network infrastructure, including firewalls, connectivity, Wi-Fi and network security.\nAdminister Cisco Meraki firewall configurations and security rules.\nManage corporate/mobile devices using Microsoft Intune.\nLead infrastructure upgrades, migrations, optimisation and improvement projects.\nEstablish and maintain infrastructure hardware and software standards.\nManage SSL/TLS certificates and domain registrations, ensuring timely renewals.\nMaintain infrastructure documentation, system configurations, procedures and operational knowledge bases.\nWork closely with Cyber Security teams to implement and maintain security controls.\nSupport security, compliance and audit activities.\nContribute to information security policies and ensure infrastructure aligns with relevant industry standards.\nManage backup solutions and monitor backup success across servers and critical data.\nDevelop and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity capabilities.\nSupport data replication and resilience across the Azure estate.\nParticipate in DR/BC testing and document recovery procedures.\nManage infrastructure vendors, support contracts, SLAs and service performance.\nSupport Azure commercial/commitment management and optimise cloud expenditure.\nProvide advanced 2nd/3rd line support for infrastructure and business applications.\nCollaborate with software development and technical support teams on e\nWymagania\nCloud & Infrastructure\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.\n\nGood knowledge of Azure IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services.\n\nExperience with Azure infrastructure administration and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience with Azure DevOps.\n\nExperience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.\n\nStrong experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.\n\nExperience administering Windows-based infrastructure and server environments.\n\nStrong understanding of infrastructure monitoring, capacity management and high availability.\n\nNetworking\n\nStrong understanding of enterprise networking and connectivity.\n\nExperience with firewall administration and network security.\n\nHands-on experience with Cisco Meraki is highly desirable/required.\n\nGood understanding of DNS, network traffic, connectivity and troubleshooting.\n\nExperience managing Wi-Fi and broader network infrastructure.\n\nEndpoint & Identity\n\nExperience with Microsoft Intune and mobile device management.\n\nStrong understanding of identity, authentication, access control and security policies.\n\nExperience managing Microsoft-based enterprise environments.\n\nSecurity & Compliance\n\nGood understanding of infrastructure security principles.\n\nExperience implementing security controls across Azure and Microsoft environments.\n\nKnowledge of firewall management, endpoint protection and security patching.\n\nExperience managing SSL/TLS certificates and domain registrations.\n\nUnderstanding of security and compliance frameworks such as PCI DSS and Cyber Essentials Plus.\n\nExperience supporting IT audits, software licensing and information security policies.\n\nBackup, DR & Business Continuity\n\nStrong experience with infrastructure backup and recovery.\n\nExperience designing or maintaining Disaster Recovery solutions.\n\nKnowledge of Azure data replication and resilience.\n\nExperience participating in Business Continuity / Disaster Recovery testing.\n\nAbility to document recovery procedures and technical runbooks.\n\nLeadership & Operations\n\nPrevious experience leading or
