Power Automate Developer (SAP Integration)

We are looking for a skilled Power Automate Developer to support a project focused on making Finished Goods data available in SAP through an automated workflow.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a robust Power Automate flow that retrieves, transforms, and transfers data from external source systems into SAP-compatible structures.

Working closely with a cross-functional product team, you will take end-to-end ownership of your assigned tasks, ensuring the solution is reliable, well-documented, and ready for long-term maintenance by the product team.

Team and Ways of Working

You will join a cross-functional team consisting of a Product Manager, Digital Product Designer, two Senior Engineers, and a Student Engineer.

The team follows Agile ways of working and values collaboration, accountability, and knowledge sharing. You will be expected to take end-to-end responsibility for your tasks while keeping the team informed and ensuring that your solution is clearly documented.

• Design, develop, and implement complex, multi-step workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Build integrations between external source systems and SAP using APIs and connectors.
• Map, validate, and transform source data into structures and formats compatible with SAP.
• Implement conditional logic, error handling, and dependency management across multiple API calls and connectors.
• Test and troubleshoot workflows to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and successful integration.
• Prepare clear technical documentation covering the solution architecture, workflow logic, dependencies, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Ensure a smooth handover of the solution to the product team, enabling them to maintain and further develop it independently.
• Collaborate with the Product Manager, Digital Product Designer, and engineering team in an Agile environment.

Wymagania

• Hands-on experience developing complex workflows in Microsoft Power Automate.
• Experience with multi-step automation, conditional logic, error handling, and managing dependencies between actions.
• Knowledge of data mapping, validation, and transformation between different systems and data formats.
• Experience integrating external systems through APIs and connectors.
• Ability to troubleshoot integration issues and ensure data quality and process reliability.
• Strong documentation skills and the ability to prepare solutions for handover to another team.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned tasks, and collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team.

• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Automate with SAP.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and common integration patterns.
• Experience working with ERP systems and enterprise data structures.
• Previous experience delivering automation and integration solutions in an Agile environment.
