You will work at the intersection of clinical expertise and software development, helping translate real-world healthcare needs into practical digital products used by clinical teams.\nThis is a role for someone who combines strong Product Ownership skills with a solid understanding of oncology and clinical workflows. You will work closely with clinicians, UX, architecture, security, and software development teams to make sure that the product addresses genuine clinical needs and fits into the realities of healthcare delivery.\n\n Zakres obowiązków\nOwn, maintain, and continuously prioritize the product backlog based on clinical and business value. \nTranslate clinical needs and user feedback into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria. \nLead backlog definition and refinement activities with the development team. \nWork closely with clinicians, UX, architecture, security, and engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle. \nSupport Product Management in preparing features and enablers for upcoming Program Increments. \nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements. \nFacilitate discussions with clinical stakeholders and help the development team understand the context behind requirements. \nValidate delivered functionality from the end-user and clinical perspective. \nLead demos and communicate product functionality and delivered value to relevant stakeholders. \nUse clinical evidence, user observations, clinician feedback, and product usage data to support prioritization decisions. \nMaintain a clear understanding of product functionality and manage the product requirements baseline. \nIdentify dependencies, risks, and potential issues early in the development process. \nHelp ensure that the product delivers meaningful clinical and business value while remaining technically and operationally feasible. \nWymagania\nProven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product-focused role within software development.\nHands-on experience in oncology or a closely related clinical domain.\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end oncology patient journey, including areas such as referral, diagnosis, staging, biomarker testing, treatment decisions, treatment delivery, and follow-up.\nExperience working in a hospital, cancer center, clinical network, healthcare technology company, digital health, or MedTech environment.\nExperience working directly with healthcare professionals, ideally including oncologists, pathologists, nurses, and hospital IT teams.\nGood understanding of clinical workflows and how healthcare professionals interact with clinical systems.\nFamiliarity with healthcare data and systems, including EMR/EHR, pathology, radiology, genomics, and biomarkers.\nUnderstanding of healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM.\nExperience translating user and clinical needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and prioritized backlogs.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, negotiation, and prioritization skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with both clinical stakeholders and technical development teams.\nFluent English.\n Nice to haveExperience working in a SAFe environment.\nExperience with Jira and Confluence.\nBackground in digital health or MedTech product development.\nPrevious software development or technical background.\nKnowledge of medical device software and clinical safety considerations.\nUnderstanding of patient data protection and healthcare regulatory requirements.\nExperience working with globally distributed teams and international stakeholders.\n Who we are looking forWe are looking for a clinically strong Product Owner who understands how oncology care works in practice and can turn that understanding into clear, actionable requirements for a software development team.\nYou should be comfortable speaking with clinical professionals, challenging assumptions, understanding complex workflows, and making product decisions based on evidence and user needs.\nA strong understanding of oncology and clinical workflows is particularly important for this position.
