obowiązków\nDesign, implement, maintain, and optimize Microsoft Azure infrastructure in production environments.\nAct as a Technical Lead for Azure and infrastructure-related initiatives.\nMake technical decisions and define standards, best practices, and implementation approaches.\nDesign and implement infrastructure using Azure Bicep and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).\nDevelop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.\nManage and optimize Azure networking, including connectivity between cloud and on-premises environments.\nWork with Azure Container Apps and support containerized workloads.\nAdminister and support Azure SQL and related infrastructure components.\nImplement and maintain infrastructure and application security controls in cooperation with Security teams.\nSupport the deployment, integration, and maintenance of third-party/vendor applications in Azure and on-premises environments.\nTroubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple layers, including application, operating system, network, database, and cloud infrastructure.\nLead technical implementations and infrastructure changes from design through deployment and operational support.\nIdentify opportunities for infrastructure automation, standardization, and optimization.\nSupport high availability, disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience initiatives.\nCollaborate with internal engineering teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and deliver solutions.\nProvide technical guidance, mentoring, and knowledge sharing to other engineers.\nContribute to Azure cost optimization and FinOps / Azure Cost Management activities.\nWymagania\nRequirements5+ years of professional experience in IT infrastructure administration, Cloud Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a similar role.\nStrong, hands-on production experience with Microsoft Azure.\nAdvanced knowledge of Azure infrastructure and cloud services.\nPractical experience with Azure Bicep and Infrastructure as Code.\nStrong experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD.\nSolid knowledge of Azure networking and cloud connectivity.\nHands-on experience with Azure Container Apps.\nPractical experience with Azure SQL.\nGood understanding of cloud security and infrastructure security principles.\nExperience troubleshooting complex issues across multiple technology layers: application → OS → network → database → cloud.\nExperience working with third-party applications, vendors, and external technology providers.\nAbility to take ownership of technical decisions and lead infrastructure-related initiatives.\nExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Security, Network, Development, and Data.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to mentor engineers and share technical knowledge.\nEnglish – B2/C1 level, with strong communication skills in a professional IT environment.\nPolish – C1 level.\nNice to HaveMicrosoft Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400, or SC-300.\nPrevious experience as a Tech Lead, Infrastructure Lead, or Cloud Lead.\nExperience with Azure Architecture and solution design.\nKnowledge of Azure Databricks.\nExperience with ITIL practices.\nExperience with Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity (BC), and High Availability (HA).\nKnowledge of Azure Cost
