proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation, ensuring comprehensive requirements traceability and consistent change management.\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, resolve conflicts, and define stakeholder engagement strategies across functional areas.\nRequirements & UX Tools: Jira, Lucidchart, Figma, Miro, and Balsamiq.\nMethodologies & Frameworks: Agile (Scrum / Kanban / Scrumban), BPMN process modeling, UML system diagramming.\nDocumentation & Platforms: ServiceNow (KB Articles), Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 (SharePoint websites, Teams, Confluence).\nOptionalDomain Knowledge: Information Governance and Compliance, regulated IT ecosystems, IT for Pharma.\nAI Advocacy: AI prompt engineering
