members.\nTake ownership of assigned solutions and contribute to their continuous improvement.\nWymagania\nWhat you bring5+ years of software development experience.\nStrong experience with Python and FastAPI.\nHands-on experience with Pydantic.\nSolid understanding of asyncio and asynchronous/parallel programming.\nPractical experience with Generative AI and LLMs.\nExperience developing agentic AI applications.\nGood understanding of RAG pipelines, vector databases and hybrid search.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks and take ownership.\nNice to haveExperience with Azure Cloud and services such as Service Bus, Data Lake, Blob Storage or Redis.\nHands-on experience with LangGraph, including state management, long-term memory or human-in-the-loop workflows.\nFamiliarity with MCP or A2A protocols.\nExperience with Docker and Kubernetes.\nStrong understanding of
