poprawek i utrzymywanie stabilności platformy backupowej.\nUtrzymanie infrastruktury Enterprise Storage, w tym systemów Dell EMC, NetApp oraz HPE Alletra / Nimble.\nZarządzanie pojemnością, monitorowanie wydajności, wykonywanie kontroli stanu środowiska oraz aktualizacji firmware.\nDiagnozowanie złożonych incydentów, analiza przyczyn źródłowych (Root Cause Analysis) oraz obsługa eskalacji technicznych.\nUtrzymywanie niezmiennych kopii zapasowych (Immutable Backups) oraz realizacja testów Disaster Recovery i procedur odtwarzania danych.\nZapewnienie zgodności z wymaganiami SLA, bezpieczeństwa i audytów.\nTworzenie oraz aktualizacja dokumentacji technicznej, procedur i runbooków.\nWspółpraca z zespołem operacyjnym, wspieranie mniej doświadczonych specjalistów oraz udział w inicjatywach usprawniających.\nWymagania\nMinimum 5 lat praktycznego doświadczenia w obszarze Enterprise Storage, Backup & Recovery.\nBardzo dobra, praktyczna znajomość Commvault Complete Data Protection.\nObowiązkowy certyfikat Commvault Certified Professional (CCP).\nDoświadczenie w pracy z rozwiązaniami storage, takimi jak Dell EMC, NetApp lub HPE.\nZnajomość środowisk wirtualizacyjnych VMware vSphere, KVM lub Nutanix.\nZnajomość Windows Server i Linux.\nPodstawowa lub praktyczna znajomość zagadnień backupu w chmurze: Microsoft Azure, AWS lub GCP.\nDoświadczenie w obsłudze procesów ITIL, w tym Incident, Problem, Change i Request Management.\nUmiejętność diagnozowania problemów, monitorowania infrastruktury oraz analizy wydajności.\nZnajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie
