using NLP, ASR, and Generative AI\n\n- Build and fine-tune transformer-based models such as GPT, BERT, LLaMA, T5, Whisper, etc.\n\n- Develop speech-to-text and clinical documentation AI solutions\n\n- Work on conversational AI, summarization, and intelligent healthcare automation\n\n- Deploy scalable AI models on AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms\n\n- Implement RAG architectures, LangChain, vector databases, and OpenAI APIs\n\n- Collaborate with engineering, product, and healthcare teams to deliver production-ready AI systems\n\n- Ensure compliance with healthcare standards such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA\n\n- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI innovation initiatives\n\nRequired Skills\n\n- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, ASR, or Generative AI\n\n- Strong expertise in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow\n\n- Hands-on experience with LLMs and transformer-based models\n\n- Experience with Speech Recognition models such as Whisper, wav2vec, DeepSpeech, etc.\n\n- Strong understanding of NLP, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases\n\n- Experience with LangChain and OpenAI APIs\n\n- Cloud deployment experience on AWS/Azure/GCP\n\n- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and MLOps practices\n\n- Exposure to healthcare integrations using FHIR / HL7 is highly preferred\n\nIdeal Candidate\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset\n\n- Passionate about AI
