We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer / Lead Data Engineer to join our growing Data Engineering team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building modern cloud-based data platforms and scalable data solutions. The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-grade data pipelines and data platforms that support analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and AI/ML initiatives.
You will work closely with Data Architects, Analytics teams, Data Scientists, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and high-performing data solutions using Databricks and AWS technologies.

Experience : 6+ Years
Education : BE/BTech/ME/MTech
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering and Big Data technologies.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Databricks, PySpark, and AWS-based data platforms.
- Experience building large-scale enterprise data solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Demonstrated expertise in building large-scale data platforms using Databricks, PySpark, and Apache Spark, with a deep understanding of distributed computing principles.
- Proven ability to design complex data models and implement efficient storage strategies using Delta Lake to support high-concurrency analytical workloads.
- Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation and automation, coupled with a solid grasp of CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical
stakeholders and influence cross-functional project outcomes.
