If you’re ready to be part of an exciting journey with an upcoming real estate leader, we’d love to have you on board!\nPosition Summary\nWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Officer to join our Accounting & Finance team.The successful candidate will play a key role in the day-to-day financial operations of our construction projects, with a strong focus on weekly payroll, payment runs, and subcontractor compliance under Article 11B, and will work closely with both the finance team and site operations.\nIf you have a passion for finance & accounting and a keen eye for detail, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!\nKey Responsibilities:\nPrepares and processes weekly paycheques for site and office personnel, ensuring accuracy and timeliness \nTakes full responsibility for payment runs - preparation, verification, and execution of supplier and subcontractor payments.
