The RPA Technical Lead will be a critical part\nof our growing business where we are continually striving to automate our\ncustomer operations. This individual will be interfacing with stakeholders\nthroughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of the RPA. The RPA\nTechnical Lead will be responsible for analyzing business processes, design and\nidentifying/implementing automation solutions as well as guiding the Business\nteams and RPA development teams.\nRole and Responsibilities\nTEAM\nLEAD\n·Act as a liaison between customers and the development team using advanced communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate customer requirements.\n·Using provided business requirements, architect and design robotic automation solutions using RPA tools - Automation Anywhere\n·Diagram and document the automation solutions in a detailed and well-organized manner in Solution Design and Technical Design documents\n·Ensure development teams clearly understand the design and are able to understand the Agile development methodology to deliver the solution for cloud/on prem Attended, Unattended, Hybrid bots\n·Act as technical SME in Automation Anywhere to client\n·Coordinate with client’s cross functional teams - InfoSec, Infrastructure, Enterprise Architecture, Deployments, Audit & control\n·Mentor staff-level developers on coding best practices and serve as a technical escalation point during development.\n·Lead code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve overall code quality\n·Design, develop, and configure Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software systems to meet business process and application requirements.\n·Design and implement “helper” elements to improve automation performance and re-use (e.g. runtime configurations / settings).\n·Complete thorough testing of automation in training/production environments.\n·Ability to understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualize it as an automated solution\n·Work with US and international business analysts and automation development teams in solution design of automation architecture.\n·Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define industry-leading analytics solutions for a wide variety of industries and business groups.\n·Research and evaluate potential technology solutions to meet business needs.\n·Bring thought leadership and ensure best practices and standards of analytics solutions.\n·Conduct and lead white-boarding sessions, workshops, design sessions, and project meetings as needed, playing a key role in client relations.\n·Create whitepapers & thought leadership content\n·Develop proof-of-concepts and demos needed for client & internal presentations\n·Collect and understand the business requirements during the discovery phase using the requirements gathering techniques such as workshops, interviews, etc.\n·Analyze user requirements using the standard analysis methodologies and translate it into proper software requirements specifications using high-maturity methods, processes and tools.\n·Prepare business requirements document (BRD), prepare software requirements specifications document (SRS) and user interface guides (Mockups & Wireframes) for the reference of end users.\n·Drawing Business Processes, flow charts, state diagrams and Activity diagrams.\n·Prepare test cases, test scenarios and end user manuals.\n·Maintain the traceability between requirements, specifications and test cases.\n·Execute and coordinate requirements management and change management processes.\n·Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions with project management.\n·Maintain excellent knowledge about the product\nfeatures and latest updates.\n·Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.\n·Will be responsible to follow directions from the Line Manager and lead the regional team to follow the projects timelines.\n·Demonstrate “Team building” and leadership skills and ability to engage with all levels of employees\ntraining & BUSINESS ANALYST\n·As an Automation Anywhere (RPA) Tech Lead, you will be responsible for turning Business and IT requirements into Automation Anywhere solutions design automations, clearly defining the systems, interfaces, data and infrastructure of each process automation.\n·Plan, execute, and oversee inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables\nSKILLS & EXPERTISE\n·Proven experience in Automation Anywhere (RPA), Business Process automation (BPM) projects as a Solutions Architect or Technical lead.\n·Proven technical leadership of developers to meet project deliverables.\n·Experienced in owning and solving automation issues during the development and delivery cycle.\n·Experience standing up enterprise scale RPA environments in line with Automation Anywhere best practice and design standards.\n·Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.\nPRE-SALES\n·Work with sales team to demo and present RPA\nsolution to prospects\n·Conduct POCs for SQ1 prospects\n·Conduct one-one or group workshops for customers\nand prospect\nRequirements\n·Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Scienceor related degree-preferred\n\n·Proven experience as Technical Lead inAutomation Anywhere for 4+ years\n\n·Over all IT development experience for 8+ years\n·Solution Architect Certification in AutomationAnywhere\n\n·Experience with design and development of RPAautomations using Automation Anywhere in a larger organization.\n\n·Excellent communication skills, includingability to write concise technical docs and present ideas.\n\n·A passion for automation software design with atalent for independently solving complex technical problems with Automation\nAnywhere.\n\n·Demonstrated ability to work with internationalteams supporting automation development\n\n·Experience and working knowledge in programminglanguages i.e. Python, Java, .Net, APIs, SQL etc.\n\n·Exceptional analytical, conceptual, andproblem-solving abilities.\n\nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS\n·Working experience in Automation AnywhereA2019/A360\n\n·Experience with Cloud Platforms and Servicessuch as AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.,\n\n·Excellent planning, organizational, and timemanagement skills.\n\n·Superb Interpersonal Skills.\n·English fluency is a must.\n·Very Good written and verbal communicationskills, presentations,
