This role will take ownership of the project's end-to-end process, from discovery through launch and iteration and collaborate with a cross-functional team of product managers, engineers, and business leaders.\nResponsibilities\nCollaborate with the product and marketing teams to iteratively improve user experience across our products\nWork with engineers to create specific solutions for tactical business problems identified by Product\nArticulate designs by putting them in the context of business and user goals\nCreate designs from wireframing to high-fidelity\nEffectively communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale, and specifics of a user-centric design process\nParticipate in regular design reviews - seek out specific feedback on your designs, iterate, and incorporate different feedback\nOptimize information architecture to promote usability, while accommodating technical needs/constraints\nParticipate in beta testing and post release product monitoring\nManage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines with a sense of urgency\nQualifications\n8+ years of relevant work experience at software companies designing B2B SaaS products \nExpertise in User Experience and User Interface development (UI/UX).
