interviewers and candidates to facilitate informed decision-making.\n\nCandidate Experience:\nCreate a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through the entire recruitment process.\nCommunicate promptly and effectively with candidates, addressing questions, concerns, and providing updates on their application status.\n\nCollaboration and Consultation:\nPartner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and objectives.\nAdvise hiring managers on best practices in candidate evaluation and selection.\nProvide insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive intelligence to drive informed hiring decisions.\n\nOffer Negotiation and Onboarding:\nCollaborate with hiring managers to extend job offers to selected candidates.\nFacilitate salary and benefit negotiations while adhering to company policies and guidelines.\nEnsure a smooth transition of candidates into the onboarding process.\n\nData Management and Reporting:\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and data in the applicant tracking system (ATS).\nGenerate recruitment reports and analytics to monitor key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.\n\nQualifications and Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\nProven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.\nStrong understanding of various sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.\nFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment
