on-boarding, off-boarding, leave management, transfers, etc.\nMaintain accurate online records of employee information in our HRIS\nPrepare payroll input file for 3 regions, ensure accurate submissions and work closely with our team of payroll specialists.\nAct as a direct HR point of contact for employees queries related to various HR processes\nSupport all the employee onboarding tasks; welcome emails, personal detail collection, arrange account creation\nCommunicate and coordinate with new employees, from background screenings to first day paperwork and address new employee questions and requests in a timely manner\nSupport offboarding process from resignation to final day;
