Ensure the team is trained, skilled, and empowered to remove blockers and inefficiencies.\nProactively identify and eliminate inefficiencies across workflows and operations.\nLead and coordinate technical efforts across the global support team.\nStay hands-on with troubleshooting and lead major outage recovery efforts to minimize impact.\nRequired Qualifications:\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux/Unix administration (RHEL/CentOS/OEL preferred).\nStrong understanding of CI/CD practices, including observability, orchestration, containerization, automated testing, deployment pipelines, and configuration management.\n3+ years of experience leading a technology team, ideally in infrastructure support.\nExceptional verbal, written, and organizational skills.\nStrong customer service orientation and strategic mindset.\nExcellent analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.\nWorking knowledge of storage protocols (NFS, GPFS a plus).\nExperience with infrastructure automation tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible).\nSolid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, multicast, tcpdump, PTP, NTP).\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nITIL knowledge is a plus.\nThe minimum base salary for this role is $100,000 if located in New York. This expectation is based on available information at the time of posting. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, which could constitute a significant portion of total compensation. This role may also be eligible for benefits, such as health, dental, and other wellness plans, as well as 401(k) contributions.
