5. Any JavaScript and front end toolkit experience

6. Basic SQL experience

7. Any RAD tool experience or understanding - Spring Roo Groovy/Grails, PLAY framework on JVM etc..

8. A firm grasp of object oriented analysis and design

9. Nice to have Working knowledge of oracle or MySQL databases
