You’ll lead strategic projects from ideation through launch and beyond, help teams stay focused, ensure timelines remain on track, and projects deliver meaningful results as SQUIRE continues to grow.\nYou’ll develop project plans and standardized timelines, coordinate stakeholders across the business, identify and remove roadblocks, and maintain clear communication throughout each phase of execution. You’ll also help strengthen and continuously improve the processes, tools, and best practices SQUIRE uses to manage projects at scale.\nSuccess in this role requires experience with project management methodologies and tools, sound judgment, and the ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams. You must be solutions-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities, and skilled at bringing clarity and momentum to complex initiatives.\nReports To: Director, PMO and Enablement\nLocation: Hybrid - Buenos Aires (CABA), Argentina\nType: Contract\nYOUR CRAFT (Job Duties & Responsibilities)\nDevelop and manage end-to-end project plans for cross-functional initiatives\n\nDefine project scope, success criteria, and deliverables, while minimizing scope creep throughout project execution\n\nCreate, update, and maintain project timelines for cross-functional initiatives\n\nProactively manage and mitigate project-level risks to ensure project success\n\nEstablish and maintain communication channels to regularly report on project status to key stakeholders, including executive leadership\n\nPlan, coordinate, and document lessons learned from projects upon closeout to drive actionable improvements for future projects\n\nLeverage best practices to continuously improve project management methodologies\n\nSupport PMO leadership team in rolling out and developing PMO processes, templates, and best practices across the organization\n\nThe duties and responsibilities outlined above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned from time to time based on business needs.\nYOUR FOUNDATION (Experience & Skills)\n5+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related cross-functional role\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects concurrently\n\nFamiliarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Kanban, and Waterfall, with the ability to flex methodologies depending on business needs\n\nExperience with project management software, such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project\n\nStrong communicator with the ability to clearly articulate project updates to a variety of stakeholders\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills\n\nMust be based in Buenos Aires\n\nAvailability to work on-site in our office in CABA two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)\n\nEXTRA CUT (Nice to Haves)\nSaaS startup experience\n\nDon’t let this list stop you from applying - If you are interested in the role, we’d love to hear from you!\nWHY SQUIRE?\nSQUIRE is the #1 platform for barbers and barbershops, and this role is central in advancing the company’s most strategic initiatives.
