In this role, you will own SAP Concur functional configuration and process design for external financial-system provider onboarding, access, integration testing, functional testing, user acceptance, and supporting documentation within a non-production environment.\nCandidates local to Herndon, VA are preferred and will be expected to work onsite four (4) days per week. Fully remote candidates will also be considered; however, West Coast candidates will not be considered.\nPer our Federal government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance.\nResponsibilities\nConfigure and support SAP Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting, and integrations.\nDefine and document onboarding, sponsorship, user-access, and testing workflows for authorized external financial-system providers.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into SAP Concur configurations, process flows, and acceptance criteria.\nSupport functional testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for API and file-based integrations.\nDevelop and maintain operational and process documentation.\nSupport identity, access management, provider onboarding, and non-production testing processes.\nApply knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations to configuration and process design.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to ensure integrations and workflows meet functional and operational requirements.\nQualifications\n5+ years of SAP Concur configuration and implementation experience.\nHands-on experience with Concur Expense, travel and expense controls, reporting, and integrations.\nExperience translating requirements into configuration, process flows, and acceptance criteria.\nKnowledge of identity, access, provider onboarding, and non-production testing concepts.\nWorking knowledge of Federal Travel Regulation concepts and federal travel operations.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.\nSAP Concur certification preferred.\nAPI, SFTP, or shared-services experience preferred.\nExperience with Microsoft Project, Rational ClearQuest, Rational ClearCase, and CMMI Level 3 preferred.\n4 Reasons to Join The Squires Group, Inc.: 1.
