These roles will support a next-generation, enterprise-wide travel and expense management platform designed to standardize and streamline travel operations across civilian agencies.\nConsultants will play a key role in implementing and supporting a centralized, cloud-based travel and expense solution, helping drive efficiency, compliance with federal travel regulations, and improved user experience across the enterprise.\nPer our Federal government contract, candidates must be U.S. Citizens.\nResponsibilities\nConfigure and support travel and expense systems (e.g., SAP Concur) in a federal environment\nGather requirements and translate them into system configuration and solutions\nSupport implementations, testing (UAT), and deployments\nConfigure workflows, policies, audit rules, and user roles\nDrive process standardization and support platform consolidation efforts\nEnsure compliance with federal regulations, security, and audit requirements\nCollaborate on integrations with financial/ERP systems\nProvide troubleshooting, production support, and continuous improvement\nCreate and maintain documentation and user guides\nQualifications\n3+ years of experience with SAP Concur or similar travel and expense platforms\nExperience supporting federal or large enterprise system implementations\nStrong understanding of travel lifecycle processes (authorization, booking, vouchering, auditing)\nFamiliarity with federal travel regulations, compliance standards, or shared service models\nExperience configuring policies, workflows, and audit rules\nAbility to work in a structured, compliance-driven environment\nStrong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP Concur certification(s)\nExperience supporting enterprise-wide or shared service implementations\nKnowledge of cloud-based SaaS platforms and security/compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP)\nExperience working in federal civilian agencies or government consulting environments\nFamiliarity with data reporting, analytics, and system optimization\n4 Reasons to Join The Squires Group, Inc.: 1.
