Candidates must be well-spoken and confident interacting with people at all levels while remaining calm and organized at all times.\nWhat does a Squishable Retail Sales Lead do?\nThe Retail Sales Lead is a key member of the store leadership team, supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, developing the team, and creating an exceptional experience for every Squishable fan. Responsibilities include:\nUnderstands organizational objectives and makes decisions in partnership with the Store Manager that align with company priorities and values\nEnforces sales strategies, initiatives, and growth across all categories\nHolds self and the sales team accountable for personal sales productivity\nActs as a brand ambassador in the local market or mall to drive brand loyalty and business (e.g., charity events, local associations, mall initiatives)\nResolves customer issues with a solution-oriented, forward-thinking approach; partners with the Store Manager and/or the District or Regional Manager as appropriate\nDevelops individual and team product knowledge to stay up to date on all current Squishable in-store products\nAssists in supervising the team daily, weekly, and monthly to meet goals and use company tools; empowers others and encourages individual growth\nQualifications\n2+ years of relevant supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment\nPassion for people! A dynamic and engaged leader with a passion for empowering, inspiring, motivating, teaching, and developing team members\nExceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment\nFeedback is a gift!
