Candidates must be well-spoken and confident interacting with people at all levels while remaining calm and organized at all times.\nWhat does a Squishable Store Manager do?\nThe Store Manager oversees the daily operations of the store and is accountable for its sales performance, its team, and its standards. Responsibilities include:\nLeading, motivating, and developing the store team, including hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training\nSetting and executing business strategies for the store in partnership with the Regional Manager\nOpening and closing the store (at times on your own) and taking responsibility for accurate day-start and day-end cash handling\nEnsuring accurate inventory levels and punctual restocking of merchandise on the floor\nMaintaining a high standard of merchandise presentation\nMaintaining enthusiasm and motivation in the store, and ensuring a fun and memorable environment\nSupporting all types of POS transactions and customer inquiries\nAdhering to all company policies, practices, and safety standards\nQualifications\n2-3 years of retail management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, challenging, and creative customer-facing environment\n2-5 years of customer service experience\nPassion for people! A dynamic and engaged leader with a passion for empowering, inspiring, motivating, teaching, and developing team members\nExceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to balance priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly entrepreneurial environment\nFeedback is a gift!
