You’ll be part manager, part director, and part guest-experience expert-keeping the team organized, the experience consistent, and the energy high throughout the holiday season.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead the day-to-day operation of the pop-up experience, ensuring characters, storytelling, guest interactions, and overall presentation stay consistent and on-brand\nSupervise, coach, and motivate a seasonal team of Experience Performers, including leading pre-shift huddles and providing real-time feedback\nManage daily assignments, performer rotations, breaks, attendance, call-outs, and coverage\nMonitor guest flow and the overall experience, adjusting performers and activities as needed during busy periods\nHandle guest and employee concerns with good judgment, partner with Squishable leadership or HR when additional support is needed, and coordinate with the Mall of America store team to ensure a seamless overall guest experience\nOversee opening and closing responsibilities and help maintain costumes, props, materials, and the presentation of the experience\nJump into the experience when needed to support performers, engage guests, or keep things running smoothly\nWhat You'll Bring\nPrevious experience supervising, coaching, directing, or leading a team\nStrong communication, organization, and people-management skills\nConfidence giving feedback and coaching a team in real time\nA positive, outgoing personality and strong guest-service instincts\nAbility to stay organized and make good decisions in a busy, fast-paced environment\nAvailability to work a flexible seasonal schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak holiday dates\nExperience in theater, acting, improv, live entertainment, immersive experiences, events, hospitality, or retail leadership is a plus.\nThe Details\nLocation: Mall of America - Bloomington, MN\nStart Date: November 2026\nDuration: Temporary seasonal position through the holiday season\nPay: $28.00-$30.00/hour\nIf you can lead a team, keep the details organized, and help create an experience guests will remember, we'd love to meet you.\nSquishable.com, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
