\n2. 配合研发工程师编写制订新产品的生产工艺流程文件、生产工艺文件、产品配置文件、装箱清单等支持生产的所有文件，确保产品正常投产; \n3. 参与样机的制作装配及产品常规测试验证，能根据结构3D文件，自行设计并输出各类SOP文件; \n4. 协同生产部织小批量生产，生产过程中的故障、工艺等问题的分析及解决; \n5. 负责产品生产测试过程中工装、夹具等的需求分析并推动设计和制作和验收，提高现有产品的生产效率和质量; \n6. 调研新工艺和难以控制的工艺技术，制订并实现切实可行的实现方案，提出新产品的可制造性需求并负责实现，不断完善提升产品的工艺水平; \n7. 研发阶段新工厂的产线布局面积规划，推动公司生产及相关设备的导入、操作规范管理制定落地; \n8. 按照精益生产要求，进行生产工艺设定及产前的培训与指导，对生产现场实施改善，进行效率提升，不良率降低等; \n9. 工程变更的信息汇总与导入推动，保障合规性落地。\n任职要求 / Requirements\n1、本科及以上学历，机械类、电器类、生物工程相关专业; 在医疗器械、机器人、汽车、仪器仪表类等相关行业有产品的工程导入3~10年经验; \n2、熟练OFFICE、绘图等工具软件的操作; \n3、有复杂产品的工程技术经验，熟悉对精密制造（微创型手术工具、机器人、汽车、飞机等）的工艺流程; \n4、熟悉NPI流程并有实操经验、熟悉精益生产流程; \n5、熟悉可制造性设计、FMEA等工程化工具，产品质量控制方法; \n6、熟悉ISO9001、ISO13485体系和精益生产，并有实操经验;
